About author

Christopher D. Sims is a writer, an essayist, a truth-teller, and a performance artist from Rockford, IL, USA. Inspired by early rap lyrics from rap songs released in the early 1980s, his writing is rhythmic and honest. Christopher D. Sims performs on stage throughout the United States educating and informing listeners about the realities and challenges of being a Black man, anti-Blackness, inequity, poverty, and how we respond or do not respond as human beings to these travesties.
