As humans, we differ in countless ways. From our fashion sense to our world views, from our beliefs about God, to our thoughts about the origins of the universe. But what unites us is love: our need for it, our search for it, and our need to express it. That's why everyone loves a love story. This collection of poems is my love story. A tribute and expression of love for those who make my life meaningful. I hope it will move you to express your love to someone who is meaningful in your life.
About author
I wrote my first poem at age 14 to express my grief when my brother was killed in Vietnam. It wasn't a good poem, but it introduced me to this magical new way to manage my feelings. I'm Retired now, but as a therapist, I spent 20 years working with addicts and troubled teens, learning to meet life on life's terms.
