This book is a compilation of my 1st book,best blog posts, & poems about my battles w/ heroin addiction & recovery, mental illness, PTSD, suicide attempts, mental hospitals, domestic violence, homelessness, etc. I spent 10 years in extreme active addiction & this book tells how I found my way back to peace, sanity, & to recovery. Do no harm, but take no shit. I used journal writings from ages 14-29 about how my life & my sanity progressively fell apart & how dark, alone, & miserable it all made me feel. I was desperately looking for an escape, and unfortunately I found it in heroin. Thus began the longest, most toxic relationship of my life. A decade dancing with the devil. But at 29 after 4 rehabs & multiple overdoses, I finally got clean. My goal with this book is to touch at least one soul... Will it be you?
